1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging AsliCreative for creative, design, software engineering, or automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services & Quotations
AsliCreative provides bespoke digital studio services including Website Development, SaaS Engineering, UI/UX Design, Brand Identity, and AI Automations. All project quotes, deliverables, milestones, and timelines are established through mutual written agreements or formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents prior to project initiation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment in full for a completed project, full ownership of custom code, designs, and brand deliverables produced for the client is transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in the governing contract. AsliCreative reserves the right to display non-confidential project assets in our portfolio and case studies.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely project delivery requires active client collaboration, including supplying necessary copy, media assets, account access credentials, and timely feedback on design and engineering milestones.
5. Governing Law
